Where it says ORGANIC, is SUSTAINABLY PRODUCED WINE inside? In any case with us! All of ours Winemakers work close to nature and are almost all organic or Biodynamic certified. but For us, the sustainable work of the winemaker is the focus and not the organic seal. That's why we also have micro wineries that don't have a seal, but still work according to sustainable principles: minimal chemicals in the vineyard (mostly with home-made "herbal teas"), manual harvest, only the best grape material and no intervention in the cellar with chemicals or breeding yeasts.
