Biodynamic wine
Organic or Organic viticulture, which is subject to even stricter guidelines for biodynamic wine and is controlled through independent private organizations such as DEMETER, RESPECT BIODYN or ECOVIN . A holistic and sustainable approach, which, to put it simply, is about strengthen and maintaining life in the humus instead of killing it with weed killers and mold blockers. In this way, the grapes can absorb all the power and nutrients that we can then taste in the wine. As a result, the wine also retains its natural yeasts and therefore can ferment spontaneously. The vineyards are cultivated according to the phases of the moon and no chemical fertilizers are permitted. That means additional work of up to 30 percent and also explains the higher price of biodynamically produced wines. The most expensive wines in the world such as Domaine Romaneé Conti and Château Lafite are produced biodynamically, and not without reason.
