Fascinating scent with a lot of facets: At first very smoky and floral, violets and lavender, cold ash, then with a little air it becomes nutty-iodine-herbaceous, reminiscent of a sushi place setting (like a mix of nori leaves, ginger and wasabi) and restrained fruit (apple peel). At the start, a similar amount of cool-smoky notes in taste, a sporty, youthful tannin, rather light and definitely calling for a meal partner!
