This year Jan made the Rizzy as a PatNat, with a minimum of 3g of residual sugar. This makes it a touch wilder and duller.

Riesling Sekt from Staffelterhof from the Schiefer steep slope Kröver Nacktarsch (no Joke).
24 months on its lees and is not clarified, filtered or sulphurised. Due to the long time on the yeast, this Pet Nat looks a bit like a mature champagne. But reminds us of our favorite in the new vintage Danger 380V. Slightly spicy notes clearly show the origin of the Riesling grapes from slate-dominated soils, but the wood from the Moselfudder also comes through. The Rizzy Starmust is also perfect for wine lovers who have no experience with natural wines.

By the way, the Rizzy is also available as a 2018 model Gold Edition with about 8g residual sugar, or 2018 Black Edition with 0g residual sugar.
