24 months on its lees and is neither clarified, filtered nor sulphurized. Due to the long time on the yeast, this Pet Nat looks a bit like a mature champagne. Slightly spicy notes clearly show the origin of the Riesling grapes from slate-shaped soils. The Rizzy Starmust is also perfect for wine lovers who have no experience with natural wines. It offers pure and enjoyable sparkling wine pleasure.
