He is back! This time as a 2021 vintage, a little more acidic and less BSA but drinking as ever.
The wine is as brightly colored as the label: the Staffelter Hof - Little Bastard is a funky mix of BSA and orange notes, sauerkraut, wormwood, lime and light yeast notes. Little Bastard is no longer just nice on the palate, but pure citrus and stone, juicy, tart, sizzling and drinkable. Jan vom Staffelter Hof unites purists and experimenters!

Riesling and Sauvignon with some Müller-Thurgau, Muskateller and Bacchus. The aroma varieties were macerated to give the wine more depth. But only account for 6-7 % of the wine. Riesling is the main actor, very Mosel like.
