The DEIDESHEIM MÄUSHÖHLE Riesling Kabinett from the Seckinger winery has a typical Riesling scent of yellow fruits and a good portion of spice, almost herbal. On the palate it is very slim, with a playful acidity that absorbs the residual sugar wonderfully. The aftertaste is long and spicy. Well chilled, the Seckinger Mouse Cave is a wonderful aperitif on hot days, a meal accompaniment to spicy and hot dishes or a great end to a feast.

At 3400 liters per hectare, the yield of the systems is in a deliberately low range. After selective hand-picking, the process was quite oxidative and spontaneously fermented and aged in wooden barrels. After maturity, it was sulphurized and then filled.

The Seckinger winery from Niederkirchen, Pfalz. Philipp, Jonas and Lukas hand in hand together, all under 30! Family business founded in 2012. They describe their philosophy back to the roots. The work is biodynamic and natural. And the result is fantastic wines with their own signature! We are fans.
