The Seckinger PARADIESGARTEN Pinot Blanc dry 2021 comes from vineyards with red sandstone soils below the Haardtrand. The protection of the upper Palatinate Forest and the slight incline, together with the southern orientation, ensure an ideal climate and the best ripening conditions. This was handpicked with a view to low yield and nice acidity. The wine was fermented spontaneously and matured in tonneau and used French barriques. After maturity, some sulfur was added to it (less than 10 mg per liter) and then bottled unfiltered.
This wine needs air, so be sure to decant it and use Burgundy glasses or, even better, leave it in the cellar for 5-15 years!
