The Seckinger – Blanc de Noir 2021 is a white wine made from Pinot Noir (red wine grapes) grapes. It was vinified with minimal intervention and bottled unfiltered.
Jonas Seckinger's – Blanc de Noir 2022 shows Pinot Noir with a difference. With a slightly rosy color, it catches the eye and quickly reveals that it is a Blanc de Noir. His fine nose reminds us of a French rosé in easy, with a touch of rosewood. In the mouth it is a well-rounded thing, some residual sugar (9.5 g/l) and a super nice acidity, the Pinot Noir aromas of light sour cherries and strawberries really come into their own. Sour cherries and strawberries in white wine? Sounds funny, but that's how it is. Pinot Noir as Blanc de Noir simply an ingenious combination! Super soft and supple thanks to the BSA. A must for every Blanc de Noir fan.
The Seckingers show again what they can conjure up from grapes. Let them taste it. cheers :)
