"Made of grapes, nothing else." is Milan's motto. He is one of the new wild young winemakers from Europe. He makes fantastic wines that reflect the Moravia region. Usually typically Malvasia pressed with skin contact. For Nestarec the vineyard is the body and the cellar is the heart of its wine. He works biodynamically with respect for nature, but is not certified because he does not believe in certificates.
