what a beautiful Cuvée from Grenache Noir, Carignan and Syrah. Of the Le Roc des Anges - Segna de Cor comes from the youngest parcels of the winery, but the vines are at least 40 years old and are on slate soil.
Striking freshness paired with beautiful cassis fruit, a polished tannin structure and a subtle and delicate acidity. But also light pepper and herb notes give it the necessary complexity. It surfs charmingly over the tongue, a real Casanova with a gentle structure that looks extremely good to be served slightly chilled. A lot of wine for little money!
