“Sparkling Lemonade” Extremely refreshing drink. Soft bubbles and fruitiness in the mouth.
Completely dry, lightweight PetNat. Completely without the addition of SO2.

Highly addictive and sometimes explosive.

Grape variety composition: Yellow Muskateller 80%, Sauvignon 20%
Region: Bizeljsko, Lower Styria, Slovenia.
Location of the vineyards: 15-30 years, 350 meters above sea level, N and E orientation.
Harvest: handpicked in early September.
Winemaking: Immediate pressing, spontaneous fermentation, bottling towards the end of fermentation and end of fermentation already in the bottle (“petnat” pettilant naturel method). Slight disgorgement 2 months after fermentation.
