Oh that Heinrichs and a naturalwine pinot noir, that can only be beautiful! On the nose a wonderful mix of the typical fireworks reduction (kabooom!), Ignition platelets, sourdough and yeast with fresh red berry accents. Fine, tender, juicy, salty and firm, drinkable, balanced, varied and with a nice acidity. Heinrich - Pinot Freyheit, a Pinot and yet not a Pinot and somehow a Pinot :). Also runs in large sips when cold in the fridge. Whooop freedom(Freyheit)!
