This Muscadet from Luneau Papin does away with all prejudices: not a trivial, thin white wine, as is said of the region, but not a wild nature boy either. Dignified, calm aromas, super stimulating, light yeasty spice, reminds us of childhood with the scent of Bübchen children's shampoo, then Granny Smith and elderflower complete the palette. The Le Verger also convinces with the 2020 vintage on the palate with slenderness and light minerality, but also smoky notes, saline and slightly almond finish, top drinking flow.

Domaine Luneau-Papin
The Domaine Luneau-Papin is one of the great innovators in Nantais, where the Muscadet wine-growing regions can be found. With their domaine, which was newly founded in the 1990s, but which had roots as far back as the early 18th century, Pierre Luneau and Monique Papin belonged to that small movement at the time, which exploited the potential of the grape variety.
