Fine, light roasted scent with attractive yeast notes, salty lemon, apple and pear peel on the nose. On the palate, the DB Schmitt - Pinot Sekt Brut nature 2017 is lively, yeasty, nutty and acidic. Pinot sparkling wine as a natural wine. We love it!

Pinot Blanc and Pinot Noir. One year on the full lees in wooden casks, one year in the bottle. Sparkling wine with no dosage or additional sulfur added.
