Schmitt - Frei.Kkörper.Kultur Rosé (FKK), the name says it all: open, inviting, funky natural rosé from the Schmitts, calls for a party. Smells of strawberry, elderberry and raspberry, plus a light firecracker reduction including yeasty-nutty spice and a fragrant wax aroma that is reminiscent of lipstick (so suitable for the party!). No fabric softener rosé on the palate, but firm and grippy, immediately demands the second sip! – Is now also available as PetNat FKK Fizz Rosé.

Portugieser and Dornfelder are pressed after a few hours of maceration and stored in fiberglass tanks on the full yeast until bottling. Bottled without filtration with the addition of 15mg / l sulfur.

Compared to 2020, the 2021 vintage is a bit softer in taste, with reduced acidity.
