Natural Rose- sparkling wine with funky earthy spice, tobacco, light leather and tart red fruit. DB Schmitt – FKK FIZZ Rosé 2021 tastes pleasantly nutty, then surprisingly acidic. A Natural wine for the whole year from DB Schmitt!

Portugieser and Dornfelder grapes pressed directly and spontaneously in glass fiber
container fermented. After 6 months on the full yeast, the second fermentation took place in the pressure tank for another 3 months. Expanded in 2400 liter wooden barrels. Bottled without filtration and with the addition of 15mg/l of sulphur.
