Way Up Here - Cherrys to the max! - Fruity pet nat made from Swedish apples, pears and macerated cherries from the Stockholm area.

Fresh, dry, complex and easy to enjoy. A hint of bitter-sweet cherries and red apples on the nose. On the palate dry, crisp and with a slight bitterness from the cherries to round off the acidity. The cherries for this cuvée were picked by a Syrian family as a part-time job during Covid in the suburbs of Stockholm. They went into the treetops for brutes to get the very best cherries at the top of the tree. Therefore: Way up here.
