Brutes Cider - Alright Alright Alright

Alright Alright Alright – BOOM this is fun and a whole new cider experience. Plum, cinnamon, clove and then the freshness of apple.

Seductive, sweet stone fruit scent on the nose. Very juicy on the palate with a concentrated plum character. Low to medium bitterness with light, but balanced acidity of apples and pears.
The star of the show and the clearest flavor note are the plums, which have undergone a semi-carbonated maceration of around six weeks before being blended, which creates a juicier character with a soft acidity. The many bubbles bring another layer of freshness to the table.

Caution, depending on the fermentation, the bottle may have a little overpressure and foam over! - Better to open it outside or in the kitchen;).
