Yes, Pinot Blanc can be sooooo cool (no offense 😉)! How to get it from Aldinger We are used to the perfect, noble use of wood, plus everything that we normally only know and love with Burgundy Chardonnays: nougat, salted lemon, buttered popcorn, some menthol tobacco, fine, slightly flinty reduction. Cultivated hedonism on the palate: puristic, extremely attractive; great draw, piquant game, substantial and piquant at the same time, super fine tannin. Yes, Pinot Blanc, baby!

Very complex, balanced and so incredibly good. The wine can still mature in the cellar for a few more years, then the big cinema becomes world class from Württemberg!

With the Marienglas Untertürkheimer Gypsum Weissburgunder Großes Gewächs dry, the Aldingers prove once again why they are the number one VDP company in Württemberg.
Fermented to 100% in barrique barrels, 8-month fine lees development before the first draw, left in barrique for a total of 12 months.
