The 2019 Alsace is a rustic, nutty-yeasty type that smells of apple chutney and adds a slightly floral touch with lavender and lilac. When drinking, the tart juiciness makes you want more, and again there are those delicate bloomy notes, especially bergamot. Très jolie!
