Our personal Achillée favorite. A real highlight in our tasting rounds! Achillée Riesling Hahnenberg, that's how natural works with class. Instead of fruit aromas, there are earthy, yeasty and nutty notes and spices. Saffron, honeycomb, hay and sunflowers, graphite and flint, slightly musty hints, baked apples, light tobacco, bread spices, cinnamon, salted nuts and flint. Uff, take a deep breath first! If you try a sip, the warm, spicy impression continues and is complemented by stimulating Riesling acid freshness. Yeast dough, lemon tart, but without any sweetness. Herbal spice (oregano) and a super nutty-salty, long finish with a very fine, clayey tannin.
