Until 2018 still pure PinotGris with mash fermentation, now a red wine curvee of Milan's energy that he puts in his wines, which he transfers to the red wine, drinking flow, complexity and BÄM - simply a great mixture.

What Milan says:

I liked this addition so much that – suprise suprise – the podfuck has switched sides in 2018 and it's time to call it what it is: a damn fine red wine! Approximately 60 % Pinot Noir, 20 % Blaufränkisch, 20 % Pinot Gris, acting as a diplomatic bridge between PN and BF (aka the PN of the East, as they say). Everything from our almost neighboring parcels of Zadní and Otáhal, harvested and fermented together. You could say that this comes full circle, but I see it as a continuation of the story of this wine, a story of the search for elegance despite all my imperfections. Nestarec wabi-sabi. And I couldn't be happier with it - not another macerated PG the world already has in abundance, but a unique red and white blend that beautifully reflects our Bílovice Loess.

Hence the slogan: "Walk up to your own horizon" comes from an interview with the well-known artist Olafur Eliasson. I love how he reminds us that we don't have to be like everyone else or conform to someone else's norms. In wine, as in life, we set our own KPIs...
