With a little bit of fizzyness you can already say that lightning strikes in the mouth. The shell contact suits him well(a third is orange wine (hence “one-third orange”), light bitter notes paired with full-bodied creaminess, herbal notes and typical Moselle minerality. Unfiltered, unfiltered and unsulphured.
