The Kalkspitz was our first contact with in 2017 Christoph Hoch, and even then it became clear how well the Lower Austrian winemaker can handle frothers. Musty-cool scent, light wormwood, bergamot, grapefruit, fresh pome fruit, fenugreek, curry leaves. Quite multilayered and complex in the mouth, very harmonious, white gummy bears, positively rustic and with a quick drinking flow.
