The hammer, what you can make liquid from plums: full squeeze broadside in the fragrance. Reminds of plum jam, plum with cinnamon, Linzertorte and some red balsamic vinegar. It tastes pretty much exactly the same, and thanks to a lot of fresh acidity and the lively carbonic acid, the Quetsches Alors drink themselves away in no time at all. Chapeau Achillée! The 2020 vintage has less carbonic acid than the 2019 vintage, but it tastes at least as exciting!
